Seeks a candidate with strong writing, organizational and project
management skills for an internship position. Responsibilities include
assisting the Marketing Department on a variety of projects including the
writing and editing of: newsletters, e-mails, Intranet/Internet copy and
press releases. Other responsibilities include database management &
administrative duties. 40 hours/week, $10/hour. Furnished Housing included.
Prefer current Public Relations, Journalism or Communications major or recent graduate.
Printing industry experience a plus. Interested candidates should e-mail

a.       Speaking about:

                                                              i.      Resumes and cover letters – How to land a great internship

1.      Michelin Career Center

b.      Been in contact with Brett Turner (PRSA) presidents to see if he knows any PRS members that would like to speak

c.       Vote on Constitution changes at March meeting

                                                              i.      Combining Historian and Webmaster

                                                            ii.      Create new position for Volunteer Chair

                                                          iii.      Person must have served on the executive board to run for the position of president

                                                          iv.      Changed the election date to April 20

d.      Caitlin will be getting snacks

    II.            Chili’s Social March 31

 III.            Voting for April Meeting – April 15

a.       Nominations made at March or April meeting

b.      Must have a speech prepared to give at this meeting if running for a position

c.       Must bring in an unofficial transcript to Dr. V by April 10 if running for an exec board position

b.      Everyone needs to be there at 5 to set up (tentative time)
