Membership Points System Breakdown:
- Attending a meeting: 5
- Help on-line: 5
- Guest blogged- 2 blogs: 5
- Attend a social event: 10
- Attend a fund raising event: 10
- Bake goods: 7
- Make a poster: 3
- Attend a National Conference in Philadelphia: 75
- Committee Chair: 25
- Committee Member: 20
All PRSSA members will receive a certificate (regardless of points) stating that they were a paying member of PRSSA. However those with points will also receive a certificate stating that they were an active member. Their will be three categories of active membership: gold, silver, and bronze. Obviously those who are most active will receive a gold certificate.
The points are tallied at the end of each semester. The executive board will meet to tally the points and determine the recipients of the three awards.
